The client requested a vinyl enclosure with 4' x 4' compliant filters installed within each curtain panel. Using angle extrusions and brackets, The grid structure was sturdy enough to support the industrial curtain system without "sway," but light-duty enough to not stress the load strength of the existing structural elements. The grid system was installed with care, taking note of the existing obstructions and working around them. The colors were chosen by the customer from a variety of color choices, with the valance to match. Finally, the reinforced clear vinyl ceiling was added to allow light to enter the work area, but also have an additional reinforcement (scrims) in order to provide a more durable end product.
