1950s cottage remodel / restoration

Suprised this place didn't burn down (exposed hot wires in the floors) before the termites ate it. But then, with main beams cut, I wonder the roof didn't crash in before that. It amazes me that some yahoo actually created this death trap from what had once been a cute 50s bungalow. Could it be that the previous contractor was actually licensed? Since I found no permits pulled on this place, I'd say he wasn't.
Anyway, we've gutted the place, inside and out, back to the studs. Installed columns and beams, re-designed and reframed, re-sheathed, wrapped, added new windows and doors. All new plumbing, electric and hvac. Changed the shed roof over the "converted garage/bedroom" to a gabled roof. Raised the floor fromslab-on-grade (actually below grade) to level of rest of house.
More to come later.
