Concrete, Wood And Glue Dust

A renovation company has been pulling up old carpet in our stairwells. The carpet was attached to cement with glue. They've been sanding the stuff down to bare concrete and wood. The guy doing the sanding wears a filtration mask but I don't think they're using a dust collector since large clouds of dust float out when he's sanding.

A thick layer of dust was found inside the homes even with doors and windows shut. Are there companies that specialize in removing this dust?
