Toto Unifit Modification

Trying to fit the proverbial square peg into round hole.

Toilet rough-in is 14", but the Toto models aren't the right look.

Technically, the Toto unifit flange adaptor does not work with the Toto Aquia, but I'm tempted to cut/shorten the span of the unifit mount wings to get it tucked under the more narrow Aquia toilet skirt.... Anybody tried it?

Edit: rethinking it...nevermind. I think the the actual flange part would be obstructed. Oh well.
