Screw-in Or Compression Valve For Toilet?


Does anybody know if there is a code (california) for the type of fitting one can use when installing supply valves? I've only used compression fittings. But I was curious if screw-in fittings were allowed.

You talking about the angle stop that hooks to the incoming water line?
