Propane Main Line Sizing

Trying to save some $$ on a new propane system so I'm going to do the trenching and laying of the main line myself. I have two small houses on a 7 acre lot in the mountains. Just got a 500 gal propane tank. The two houses are next to each other. 150 feet from the propane tank to a "T" between the houses and then another 25 ft. to the 2nd stage regulators for each house.
House "A" will have Noritz water heater (140k btu), Rinnai heater (max 21k btu) and stove (4 burners @ 8k and 1 oven @ 15k). House "B" will have Noritz water heater (140k btu), Rinnai heater (max 36k btu), stove (2 burners @ 12k, 4 @ 9k, 2 ovens @ 20k each, clothes dryer (22k btu).

Appreciate any recommendations on main line sizing.
