Laundry Drain Into Bathroom Group?

hello all
i am wondering of the attached screenshot shows a violation of the IPC
The 4" vertical line is the main building drain, but i am thinking the location of the laundry drain would impede the toilet above it...

the vent on the bottom right is for the toilet.
Is this a violation? If so, would the only fix be making the W/M drain down and wye connection after everything else?
