Faux Bronze Faucet?

I have a HO that just purchased a mil$ house & the previous owner, rather than change some of the faucets & towel bars & such, he painted some to look like oiled bronze & others to look like brushed nickle. Of course, over time, the original finish is showing through (brass & chrome). The HO is changing out these fixtures, but unfortunately the Moen T4570:
on the spa tub can't be changed out without tearing out the stone in front of it. There is also a grouted in column only an inch from the front that would make it impossible to remove the front even if it were removable.
There is a stucco wall outside on the balcony that would allow access to the back of the tub, but that seems rather extreme to breach an exterior wall to change a faucet? If they ever have a leak, someone will have to make a hole somewhere anyway?
This faucet still has the original finish (brass & chrome) & my question is; does anyone make a wrap or skin to change the finish of a faucet?
