90 Water Closet Bend

Is it ok to use a 3" medium sweep street 90 from flange to horizontal 3" run?

Re: 90 Water Closet Bend

What does your code book say?

Here a short sweep closet bend is acceptable if it is withing 24" of the stack.

I may be going to hell in a bucket, but at least I'm enjoying the ride.
