Anyone else hear it's between $1.89 and $6.78 ...depending on wind speed?

don't forget that the lunar cycle plays a big part in it too...

good thing Bob is in Georgia now...he can visit them in person.

Do a search on Going Rate...the going rate will never be more than you need to charge...so determine your true costs..

If you really wanted help it might help to descibe the project a little more.

Is it just 4 walls and thats it? or is there 5,000 offices in there that all need fire walls?

Of course even with more info the best info you are going to get here is... YOU need to figure YOUR costs to do business and how long this will take. All of this needs to be included. Aw screw it learn how to use the search function I cant go through all the typing involved. Look for anything by Bob Kovacs and that should help.

Forgot about the lunar cycles...the tides will wash the profits away.

Re: What Is The Going Rate In Metro Atlanta For Metal Framing And Droping Ceiling

Who puts an office ceiling in at 22'????

ACT down here can run anywhere from $2/SF to $4/SF depending on grid and tile selection, how cut up the room is, etc. Stud framing and drywall can start at $4.50 per SF of wall, and go up to over $10 depending on what the wall makeup is.

As you can see, getting "going rate" pricing is useless.
