Temporary Construction Barrier Wall System

Hey guys,
Im interested in temporary barrier wall systems for commercial construction. The problem is i havent found alot of information on them and am curious about the costs of purchase Vs. rental or lease. Its not a huge area but it is tantamount to construction that the barrier be in place as it is in a place that will be occupied during construction.

any suggestions?

We've done it with light weight metal studs on OSB.

I have a set of these with their dust barrier doors. Similar to zip wall but way higher quality and cheaper too. Their doors use magnets instead of zipper, lots of options.

Look into stark wall system. We use it all the time in operational hospitals.

In hospitals where we need to acquire negative air pressure, get the HEPA machines running.... We usually build then it of steel studs and drywall, throw a temp door on and run our exhaust right through the wall with a simple drywall damper to cut the air flow down. Then 6 mill plastic above ceiling height.

We have used this system lately on a few sensitive workspace jobs - it's super easy, fast and looks good.
