Steel Removal Scope

Wondering if anyone would have a decent scope for removal of this type of internal steel dunnage.

Notes: Units on top of steel already removed., Torch can't be used. See the wood flooring

The general items are:
-Steel to be cut directly flush with walls and floors
-Steel dropped & cart by Bidder

anything else anyone can add so most if not all my blanks are filled in.

Re: Steel Removal Scope

Can't make out too much from that pic. Are they saving the wood floor, why no torch? Are those beams embedded? I've torched around wood before, just use some sheet metal or fire blanket. Those old asbestos shingles come to mind as a perfect use . Nothing is more efficient than the old sparkle wrench.
