Re: Decorative Concrete Biz?

honestly, i didn't know you could sub a vinyl out.

I'd want $20,000 JUST for the liner install on that. Not including labor/liner.

Re: Decorative Concrete Biz?

you kidding me? every pool builder here is just a salesman. If they had to build a pool, they'd starve. It was a $450,000 project, but they didn't get $20,000 to watch the pool fill up. It's a computer world. They make em fit better than a condom now! If you think your a pool builder cuz you can make a liner fit, then---- Oh yea, that is why a concrete dude wants to build pools.

Although, By His Name, You Would Easily Assume That He Does

Hey you are just the guy I would love to talk to. Been doing concrete flatwork for a little while now, however never around a pool. Getting ready to bid a small job, pool is 20 by 40 and H/O wants 5 ft of concrete on 3 sides and one side of 10 by 40 all stained. If you get a chance any help would be so much appreciated!! How deep do you normally pour concrete around a pool?
