Concrete Grinder/polisher Models?

Hi all, I own a 13,000 sq ft facility with concrete flooring. I am intending to grind, polish and seal these floors, and plan on purchasing a machine and running a 2 man crew for this work. This may be rolled into a small portion of my business. I'm looking at different models, and am seeing the HTC 420 and 500 models recommended, as well as the Concrete Genie. I'm wondering if any of you have experienced recommendations for machines for this type of work. Thanks, RJ

Re: Concrete Grinder/polisher Models?

My only advice is to rent the equipment that you think you want to buy and then have the manufacturer have a rep to help you learn how to use the equipment and techniques. Itís more labor intensive and takes longer than you think.
