Did you use Increte's Counter Kote by chance? Very nice work!

You may have already been asked this and I was not paying attention. Checked out your facebook, and love your design software. What is it?

What I find interesting is the fact that this application of concrete has been in use for CENTURIES in Italy and Third World Countries!

I used 2 different brands of poly aspartic. There was a difference between the two. You get what you pay for. The cheaper one bubbled more.

I bought the Cheng book and have done some much smaller projects. I can only imagine how difficult a bigger project would be. But it's always fun.

I'll have to check out your FB page. Nice work.
It is 3 1/2" Thick. No foam insert. I have #4 rebar going each way and wanted proper coverage around the rebar. Weight wasn't an issue. I was more focused on strength.

looks nice. one inch would have been the way to go with a three inch rough edge. guarantee it will have some big cracks in the future unless ya packed it with metal.
