Using Roofing Polyiso On Exterior Walls

I have a personal project house (total rehab) that I'm retaining ownership of. Point is, we're spending my money. I can get some 1.5" polyiso sheets at a very good price (they're factory seconds - something I wouldn't use on a client's house) and I would like to use them on my walls, but, their original intended use is as part of a flat roofing system. So, the facing is some sort of fiberglass based coating on both sides, rather than the more usual reflective foil facing (or non-reflective) like the Dow Super-Tuff, etc. It's not paper, was told it's inorganic & mold resistant. I was planning on going sheathing > housewrap/flashing > foam > vinyl siding.

I'm new to rigid foam, so thought I would see if anyone had thoughts on this.
Super bad idea, or just a moderately bad idea?

Re: Using Roofing Polyiso On Exterior Walls

Just put the house wrap over the foam and rain screen on the foam for the vinyl. I don't do vinyl, but I've heard it leaks like a mother. Perfect for a rain screen
