Metal Garage Insulation

Will be needing to Insulate an all Metal Garage soon. Main reason is to eliminate any condensation dropping down. Supplier has Felt Roofing Panels to help eliminate it, but I also want something better. I will be attaching wood runners to the Metal Rafters. First though about just attaching some heavy mil plastic sheeting, but would not only like something of a higher quality, but something that won't get effected by heat from a wood stove.

Any info would be appreciated.
