Looking For Insulation System For The Interior Of Block Walls

Looking at purchasing a large building.
Basically one big concrete block box. I'm looking for a easy way to insulate it.
Basically this space is going to be used for retail. So it needs a finished look.
Is there anything on the market that can be installed on the interior of the walls that acts as insulation and can possibly be painted for a simple finish.
Studding it out and sheet rocking is a huge undertaking, just to use fiberglass or some sort of foam.
The space is roughly 3800 sq ft with 18' high walls.

You can insulate hollow concrete block walls by drilling holes and injecting expanding foam, then patch the holes with mortar, but even with the cores filled with foam concrete block walls have garbage insulating value.

Put some rigid foam on one face of the wall, furring strips then cover with metal or your choice of material. It's also not uncommon to install EIFS (synthetic stucco) on the exterior to dress up the appearance, plus get some insulation.

Front of the building has a decent brick face and that just needs a good cleaning.
Left side is literally 3 inches from another building. Back and right are on the property line. Adding anything to it would probably not work.

I wonder if you could do a similar process on the inside? Do any stucco compounds have a fire resistance rating to cover the foam?
