He told me he wanted 16 OFF the books...

Ive said it before, i have no problem paying above averages for a person.. But they have to be frign elite... If i cant count on them when im off site.. man...take yo ass to the unemployment line hahahah
well we all say it, you get what you pay for. If he can double your output then.. maybe.. I have a couple guys I am thinking about hiring for around that.. only they will be 1099'd.
