A "breathable" Elastomeric Paint?

Wife and I attended IBS in Orlando this week, and I ended up in conversation with one of the building science speakers. My issue was:waterproofing block/stucco exterior walls on modern homes(no roof overhang).

We discussed a few solutions, and he also recommended using a breathable elastomeric paint to seal the stucco as a bandaid. Problem is, I never got a recommendation from him.

Anyone use a breathable elastomeric paint they can recommend?

SW Loxon XP. Not to be confused with Loxon primer. Excellent product.
