So here's my method I found to work after tonight's first job at one of the properties.

Roll your paint from one foot below ceiling to one foot above baseboards and allow the roller to fade into the bottom and the top losing paint and creating a blend or fade out. Focus on your baseboards the most and touch-up the doors and your golden same for bathrooms.

DANG, they offer because someone will do it at those ridiculous prices! Leaving 2 feet of wall not painted is not a repaint. I have done a lot of move ins and outs in my time but even 30 years ago I got better money than what's showing here. 3 Units a Day??? In my best years I could not do that! ... but then I actually did paint the units. I averaged one 2 bedroom a day.
