Pool Removal Often Overlooked $$$


got a nice little "bonus job" today..

pool removal... hol****day i*n, monolithic pour pool...

pool is about 40 yrs old.... 32 X 42, poured interior "wedding cake stairs" 8ft6" approx deepest.
wrecking ball, haul out, & fill

$23k


my responsibilities are
drain
shell removal
deck removal
debris haul off
pull the permit
fill
rough grade
plumbing to be left "dead headed" & eletrical to be pulled out by E1
(e1is on my dime)

inside sources say bids ranged from 15-27k

anybody else yanking m out ?

i know of one that'll get demo'ed here one day .... it's gotta be at least 30-40 yrs old
