Re: Pool Guy ... Therapy

that's hilarious, taking a sledge to equipment.
especially, if its owner drove you nuts....
I was doubting your "poolguyness" when I saw you are reverse engineering equipment to for relaxation. then I saw your using a sledge to do it!!!!!!
hurley is an official poolguy !!!!!!!!!!

if it was sealed, shouldn't be no problem. If not sealed, use kitty litter to clean it up.

Ray
Is that 9 weeks to get a safety cover?
Do you have the walk in vans ie...dodge sprinter or trademaster cutaway style? How do you like it we are thinking about trading a couple of the trucks for that style van.

Well i survived a week in vegas and made it back to NJ. The classes i took at the AQUA show were well worth the cost of the trip. The genisis classes were excellent!

I really learned alot.

matt, great to hear. do you see yourself shooting after the course?
reconsider. sel sell sell, dont get in the "hole" literally & fiscally or liability wise. they will show you whats right to do, but there is no textbook pool build. none.

Re: Pool Guy ... Therapy

Although I have never taken the Genesis class the word is that they are very good the only con I have heard is that they are weighted toward pools built on the west coast and mid west( warmer climates and different soil conditions than hear in the north east). The other class you may want to think about taking is the certified pool builders class. I think they are offering it in Atlantic city during the pool show.

Re: Pool Guy ... Therapy

take north south east and west out of the picture ...

every backyard's going to have it's own nasty little gremlins ... and many problems don't even have to be construction-related.

haven't been to any of those classes nor even knew of them except for Rusk's posts ... don't know the itinerary or "subject" matter. Therefore can't comment

but you know the old cliche... those who can't do ... teach
