Best Blasting System To Remove Calcium From Glass Tile.

Hi I am a pool contractor in Las Vegas Nevada and I have been sandblasting porcelain tile for many years with glass bead to remove the calcium, many of the new pools are coming with glass pool tile.

I have tried many different things from Max Strip which is a process with a pressure washer and a mineral type media which creates a huge mess and really doesn’t do that great of a job as once the tile is wet could no longer see the calcium. I then went on to begin using his soda blaster which was basically a sandblaster it says that it could shoot soda and it really doesn’t do that great of a job and the dust is a huge drawback.

Wondering if anybody has any experience and can recommend any type of equipment for this type of job I have looked into the dustless blaster and hired a local company that had a dustless blaster and it just made an incredible mess of wet media that needs to be cleaned up from inside the swimming pool.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you very much
