Who are you and what do you do besides steal girls? Numeric gibberish is not a trade.

You can have my ex wife and she would probably even pay for you to hire an architect to ask those questions with my long lost money.

Re: Redesign The Kitchen

I see this going real well.

There are professionals who get paid to do design.

Unless you have a money order in the mail, I doubt folk here are going to trip over themselves to help a brand new member, who has contributed nothing to the forum, and has an awkward username and bazaar trade listed to boot.

Probably just another DIY'er trying to pass himself off as a builder.

Doesn't usually work. We can spot them from a mile away.

"Better" is a subjective term. I think you need to ask your client this question rather a bunch of stranger contractors on the internet. Show them this plan and ask them what would best suit their needs and expectations. The plan looks fine from this vantage point but nobody here knows your clients, the current structure and obstacles, or anything else about your project.

So it's difficult to say what might be possible and what might make it any better for anyone here on Contractor Talk.
