Blum Hardware

Has any cabinet guys ever heard of or used AH Turf for Blum hinges and draw slides . They're 25-50% cheaper than what I've been paying weather you purchase one or 100 pcs . Example , a blum inset face frame adapter plate $1.75 compared to $3.00 from Hardware Source. Also the blum tandem plus drawer slide 21'' is $16 compared to $33 from hardware source that's a huge difference .

My distributor is local as well (Iíll pay a little extra for that).

My local distributor went downhill, and I've been happy with Wurth Louis.

Blum adapter plate for face frame inset #175.503 $1.75
Tandem plus locking device t51.1801r $1.44

Their website is a little annoying .....slow and some what unorganized .You really need to know the part #s to find what you need .

I checked out Build .com but I compared several items and they where much higher .A&H doesn't offer free shipping but their prices make up for shipping charges . They don't explain how they calculate shipping charges but on my order $840 I was charged $103 . Over all I saved almost $400 . I'd like to hear of any other companies offering discounts on Blum and Rev-a shelf with out volume .

Hope that was a huge order. Most I've ever paid for a kitchens worth of hardware is in the $500 range for a big kitchen. Shipping is mostly free.

You should see if you can use Atlantic Plywood.

Re: Blum Hardware

I am just outside Atlantic's area and their shipping charge wound up to astronomical for the small amount I was ordering. A bigger order might have saved more.
