Bathroom Reno

Hello,

I'll be doing a bathroom just the shower I've attached pictures.

Need to demo all the tile install new tile.

There was leak threw shower pan I'll be removing everything completely and starting from scratch.

What I'm looking for is what to expect for cost. What would it cost to have someone come in and do it. I've already purchased all the tile so it would just be labour just by judging from the pictures you can see.

Thanks in advance

My bad figured anybody in the "ok" trade wouldn't have to ask. If it's "ok" with you might I suggest finding a professional to bid your project that is of course if you're able to find someone willing to work for you.

What do you think it should cost to have done what you're asking?

You have the tile for re-installation? What about everything underneath the tile? You know, the waterproofing.

I know that the current curb looks somewhat like the first one I ever did. And mine belongs in the wall of shame thread.

Won't really know about cost until we see how bad the underside of that pan looks like.
How long has it been leaking? What kind of pan?
Without more info I would say about Tree Fiddy should do it.

Yes that's what I am asking.

I will have everything the whole pan will have to be replaced I just haven't decided if I'm going with motar or the Schluter Style.

I am not sure what's there for a pain right now it was leaking through the curb so they did not waterproof the curb properly everything else seems to be holding up.

But I want to replace everything change the tile. All the tile u see will be removed so it's just looking what to expect for someone to come in remove it all and install it with the new waterproof system.

I guess I phrased this wrong. Because I'm asking you, what do you think it should cost?

I think you have a number in mind that is not in line with your contractor.

What is your budget to do this job?

The cost and budget are usually two different beasts.

I'm not trying to argue or be vague with you. I don't know what numbers you've received or are thinking. You may very well find that my numbers might seem kinda high to do what you're asking for.
