20/20 Contract?

We purchased 20/20 last year and are doing pretty well but we're not really useing it to its full extent. Still doing orders by hand. Our renewal is for $588.00 for the coming year but most of our training had been on the you tube tutorials. Any one not continued the service part? We've actually never called the factory for help. Whats everyone else doing?

Re: 20/20 Contract?

After looking at all the expense just to have the program, I decided to don't buy it and if I need it, I use another company to do my renderings and pay them per use.

That doesn't help you but unless you're using 20/20 weekly I don't think I'd drop another dime into it.

Re: 20/20 Contract?

hate 2020 - we bought it last year, haven't used it yet. I am actually looking into purchasing either Cabinet Vision or Microvellum. We were sold 2020 and told it was what we needed, well we are a custom shop. After purchaseing many "extras" we decided to stop wasting our money. Yeah, its a dillemma.
