Some yahoo around me would bid it at $7.50 a foot because they are laying 25 feet per tile.

Sure would make me nervous cutting that. You gotta figure one blown measurement could cost you most of your profit and three could loose you money. Looks like they did a hell of a job though.

Not sure about setting them in a 3/8 x 3/8 mortar bed but I guess it worked.

Early on like 30 seconds in it shows that they had prepped a mud bed

What are they using after they set the tile with the pads going over the surface?

That's what I was thinking but if you look at there hands there does seem to be any vibration, but hey never seen tile that large set before so I don't know.

It looked to me like they were small polishers cleaning up the areas where they had the suction cups.

Setting on a new perfectly-leveled concrete surface probably helps too.
