Re: Hole In Porcelain Bowl?

slow.. and dont push. You are using a diamond abrasive hole bit right? Oh ya, and tape up everything around it, and use lots of water.

Re: Hole In Porcelain Bowl?

Firm no slip surface like a rubber mat, diamond hole bit & water to help keep it cool
Light pressure & let the bit do the work

Is this the same bathroom you're stuck in, figuring out how to tile on hot mud?

Set bowl into a Rubbermade box filled with sand and water. It will provide full support while keeping the bowl cool from the diamond drill bit. Don't forget to drill with some water in the bowl, too.

Yes Mike, It is supposed to. HO keeps changing their mind. Well, auguring more like it. I usually listen to the lady of the house. Most of the time she wins. I should know something today.

To avoid that, disconnect all toilets in their house. It helps streamline their thought process to get a final resolution in a timely manner.
