Cutting Glass Tiling - Score And Snap Method

I have tried using this method a few times, and it seems like there's always a sharp edge left afterwards. Does anyone have a suggestion for eliminating the edge consistently (creating a consistent look)? I've tried the dremel approach, and it never seems to come out even. Much appreciated in advance!

I use my tile saw (DeWalt) along with a blade for glass, I forget who but for cutting small tile a member said use Kerdi Board as a base, I have yet to try it.

If it's small stuff, I use a wheeled nipper.

For a sheet of mosaic, wet saw...or the nipper.
