VA License Reinstatement

Hi Guys!
Thank you for taking the time to read this and provide your help.

I had my VA Class C License REVOKED 5 years ago by the DPOR and I would like to get another class C or B now, 5 years later. Does anyone know if there is a statute of limitations or if the revokeactions fall off after a certain amount of time? What would you suggest that I do in order to start a new company with a new license? Any help would be very much appriciated.

Contact your license authority?

It was because I did not provide the contract within the DPOR's guidelines... and the customer filed a complaint for timing. Either way they revoked my license for it 5 years ago.
