Well you can qualify yourself for the other state licenses. Best thing to do is find out what state you want to do business in other than FL. Many have reciprocity with several states essentially allowing you to take just one test for all the states.
FL does not offer reciprocity with any other states and therefore they don't return the favor. Chances are that if you passed the FL test you can pass most other tests for the same license. Just do one of those week long cram courses for whatever state. Other states have certain requirements you must meet to have the same power as the FL GC license.
