Can a personal be the qualifying individual for multiple entities?

For instance, can I be the qualifying person for a sole owner license (with my own name on it) and for a LLC (me being the only owner) at the same time? This is for the general B contractor license if it matters. Thanks.

The holder of a sole owner license can be a qualifier on up to three corp or llc licenses in any one year period if the qualifier shows at least 20% ownership in the new licenses.
