House Pad On Grade

I've got a different situation then normal and wanted to get some experienced thoughts on my process - This is a crawl space home.

We've got a 8-9% slope for a house pad, removing the top soil to the rocky base (about 3ft) bringing in good compactable fill, 6-8" lifts, water as needed and a ramming compacter. Geotech will come in every 3-4 lifts to do compaction tests, 2+ ft on each side of foundation of fill pad.

Same fill material for the back fill, compacted, french drains, water barriers, etc.
