2003 Volvo EC 160 B Troubles

Has anyone experienced loss of throttle while the machine is running?
And then comes out of it on its own.

I'd start with checking the fuel filters, check pump pressure if you can.

Next would be seeing if there is something in the tank that might move around and block the pick up tube.

air leak into fuel suction line? Loose bleeder screw/nut/bolt.

Worn lift pump?

plugged fuel cap vent.... fill tank to see if it goes away.

flash light, fiber optics camera to check fuel pick-up bobbin and mesh screen.

Murphy switches activating?

low oil, hot water, etc....

ECU unit dead/dying replace with unit with correct software loaded for you model & serial #

Friend says its typical Volvo of that era. Check the connections between the ECU modules and harness.

All I got.
