We had a no heat call. Turns out the belt was very loose, thus slowing the speed, and the heater would overheat. After replacing the belt, no heat call ceased. However, now they say the vibration is a distraction.
I checked bearing play in the motor, (pulley setup), and the shafts, but nothing too apparent. Normally, I would say it's gotta be the blower wheel, but, before I start taking things apart and getting too deep, I was wondering if it could be something a bit more simple.
This is a bigger Rooftop unit (about ten ton).
