Relocating Central Vac Pump And Radon Discharge

Going to move a central vac pump from one end of the basement to the opposite wall - in the utility area. How near can it be to the interior radon evac system - both on the inside and outside walls?

Obviously we don't want to be taking in radon while the pump kicks in.
