Pressure switch error

Hi All,

I have a Goodman GMP050-3 Gas furnace with an error code of 3 blinks indicating vent blockage.

I checked the house exhaust ducts and pressure switch and they are fine. What I found was that the inducer blower runs okay (steady air flow at it's output). However, there is no vacuum at the nipple-barb which connects to the pressure switch - when I blow into this with and without the inducer running, it is blocked.

What is a good way to clear the blockage from the nipple?

Thanks.

straigten out a paper clip and jam it into the nipple
rust has likely closed the hole
