Still paying attention.

Insulation in B vent done.
Second expansion tank done.

2x #30 at exactly 12 psi each with system water @ 60 and 12 psig. Still seeing about a 2 psig increase in pressure at full out. Much better now.

No gauging at the circulator as yet.
Interrupted by unfortunate family issues.

The large chunks of 6" steel tee sections connected to supply and return lines.
Yes. A lot of residual etc.

My experience with anticipator adjustment is limited to controlling cyclic behavior of forced air. With this system I simply adjust therm temp, circulator speed and high limit. Manual outdoor reset is better than none?

Using the temp gun shows no cold spots and repeatable, even results across all sections of rads.

So now. I found a pro. Not all of the dead men are gone! This man( not assuming gender omg) is not only knowledgeable about these unique oddball systems out here, but is actually asking me questions!
He wants me to explain.
