Best thermostat for steam heat

Need new thermostat. No smarty pants stuff. Dumb thermostat recommendations please.

I hear there is a term for when the thermostat "leads" the steam radiators so like if you want 70, it shuts off at 67 knowing that the steam is going to circulate and end you up at 70.
What's the name of that term?

Thank you in advance. Please hurry though, it's getting chilly.

Anticipator setting is what controls burner shut down time. Properly set it will adjust for the flywheel affect.

I have hydronic heat, I always understood it is start response time that is critical. From what I understand steam is even slower than hydronic to get through the system.

Get the Honeywell Roundy, make sure the system cycles at least twice an hour. Check the anticipator setting on the existing stat, match the new one to it.
