Pull Down TV Mounts

Have any of you installed one of the pull down style flat screen mounts? I haven't had any experience with them yet, and saw a few different brands available.

I'll be putting a 55" or so above a fireplace, and would like to offer the option for better viewing.

Thoughts/ input are appreciated
