Wow. Now how in the world didnt i think of that? ...... FYI in my experience you cant just "call" comcast (ive tried, alot). You have to have the right contact person(s) info and then become part of some sort of email listing. Hence why i asked for any tips on moving past calling and reaching dead ends everytime. Thanks for the bright idea though

Step 1: Google the phone number
Step 2: Pick up the phone
Step 3: Dial
Step 4: Sign some paperwork
Step 5: Do some work

Just my personal advice...this worked for me anyway...

Did anyone notice how old this post was. The original OP only posted twice. Most likely they are dead and gone now.

BTW: don't be a contractor for Comcast. At least around here the prime contractors are large multi-state guys that then sub-out to anyone with a mini-van or pick up. The pay is crap, the hours and appointments are crap. No one I ever talked to that was a sub liked their job or the pay.

I can’t even get a simple cable hookup by just calling a number. You have to find the right person. Amazing these companies stay in business.
