Guard Tour System

Hello all,

Anybody in here have any good knowledge or familiarity with
a Guard Tour System??

I have a customer that is looking at installing a small system
with only three(3) stations. Would need to be connected to a
computer network for retrieval of data, etc.

Utilize some RFID key-fobs with readers, etc.

Just looking for a Mfg and model.

Anybody have any thoughts or suggestions??

Thanks,

Les

What is the value of the goods and or people to be protected?

What is the budget???

Power available at the 3 locations?

Common transformer? use house wiring as HF antenna?

Wireless Network/router?

stand alone system or ride on a video surveillance system? un known to the rubber gunner?

Hi Forth,

Thanks for the response.
Sorry but I wasn't looking to design and build a system.
I was asking if anyone had any good knowledge or familiarity

After 7 days and 58 looks at the thread I am guessing the answer
is nobody has any.

I have already given my input to the customer for review and at this
point it is on them to make the final decision.

Again, thanks for the response.

Les

Re: Guard Tour System

I know a security company that uses these, they install them themselves on their own sites; hide the check in points inside the fire hose cabinets:

Hey Inner,

That web page is from Saudi Arabia. The interesting part is the
system is from a company in the US and is the one I had
suggested to the customer.

Nice to see your computer is still working after the recent cold blast.

Did you have a record low??

Coldest capital in the world; it was a little nippy...but the worst part is it warmed up a bit for it to dump a pile of snow, then rocketed back down.
