Freezer Monitoring

I'm looking to have a monitor panel checking the temperatures of a dozen or so deep freezers.
Is there hardware to do something like this?
Full disclosure this is kind of DIY, its for my step father who has a taxidermy business.
Dont need help with the wiring end maybe just some ideas for solutions.

let me know what you think
Thanks!

Hoping to go battery free!

Here is what I use.

Tie into a security panel can provide
a number of alert options.

Good Luck!!
