We are looking to partner or hire experenced house raisers to help with the growing demand that has been put on us here at the Jersey Shore to raise homes in the newly determined flood zones.

Re: Need House Raisers!

Did you ever find any house raising or specialized foundation companies to work for?

My partner and I are doing a design a custom build where the proposed plan calls for piers.

We generally use poured or sometimes block full basement foundations on builds and crawl space on most additions, and are looking for foundation/ mason who does this type of work in north ocean and southern Monmouth county shore areas.

framing a house on piers isn't really any different. and the reason its better down there is so water can easily pass through the storm vents. worked on a few lifted storm houses down there in the fall and it was a cool experience.

Re: Need House Raisers!

Are you still looking for house raisers, and approximately how many homes do you have to raise. We have a complete team for that program.
