I do not know a wallpaper installer. And, I certainly wouldn't have a clue about New Jersey. But to be serious with you, I didn't know anyone still used wallpaper.

Let me check with someone tomorrow. I used to work out there (Rumson/ Fair Haven/ Sea Bright) and we had a great guy that would hang for us when needed
