Looking For Reliable Sub-contractors In The Western Chicago Suburbs

Looking for reliable sub-contractors in the western Chicago suburbs

We are a small residential General Contractor working mostly in the Western Chicago suburbs. We need reliable, responsible subcontractors for our projects. You must be licensed when required by law and be fully insured. We are ideally looking for “go-to” subcontractors. These are subs that we trust and have a good understanding with on pricing, timing and quality.
Being a corporation will definitely help due to the 1099 requirements.

We do a lot of metal roofing which can be Steel Standing Seam, as well as Steel and Aluminum shingles.
We install new and replacement windows. Several types of Siding, sheet foam insulation and the typical Soffits & Fascias.
We do occasionally need drywall & painting work.
We have started selling “super-Insulation” packages with 3” and 4” ISO sheet foam.
We also need an insulation subcontractor for Cellulose and Spray Foam Insulation.
Subs must have all their own safety equipment, safety policies and safety manuals as required by OSHA.

Nobody knows for certain where this economy will take us, we might need a little help or a lot.
If you are interested, please forward your information to Dan at [email protected]
