I do mine like Steve, no track saw either, but we've thru that discussion already. Texas is not like the east or west coast, you have to make production a priority or you won't make it.

Kind of interested why that's the case. Quality is quality no matter if you're in Virginia, California, or Texas. Not saying I disagree with what you're saying at all just wondering why it's so much different there

The pay scale has always been lower here. I can assure you no one in the austin market are pulling the kind of bucks you all on either coast do no matter what Clemens says.

I certainly would do the same thing as you in your market. I'm in this game for the money and to provide for my family first. I'll do what it takes.
