Re: Just Finished This Today

Looks like great work as usual. What is the color of the main decking and facia? I'm not sure i'm a fan of that, maybe it will look better when they get some contrast from their sod.

Re: Just Finished This Today

The main color is pebble and the accent is mahogany.

SLS the other deck had railings on back order so all I had to do was the railings and benches I actually finished it a little bit ago and had just not done the benches and a few little items.

Precision I will pm you the cost on this job but keep in mind I am a damn good salesperson. We dont talk to much about price because it can vary so much by region, price of materials, blah blah blah. But sometimes its good just to get an idea of costs elsewhere.

Very nice.

I like the way you use 6x6 posts and let-in your beams & bolt them.

I'm sure the beams are far enough off the ground that nobody will run into them, but I like to clip the corners on the beam ends... like this (red lines):

Rob,I am wondering if you used the threaded rod thru the allum baluster trick? asking because no little posts under the bottom rail and a pretty long span for manmade stuff. J.
